During my time in the Turks I've seen many different things occur. The Turks have struggled until recently to grow. With the exceptions of the early days and the Graal days, we have been very selective in our recruitment. The urge to grow in power once again is strong, we desire that insatiable sense of power that made all of us original Turks so proud and strong. We the desire for new growth I believe that a re-vamp of our system of leadership is in order. At the moment the leaders are Dragon Zombie, RenoRelife, and myself. There is no doubt in my mind that we three are the most dedicated devote Turks. DZ, being a long time leader has proved his leadership qualities through keeping us bound together over the years. Reno, with his intelligence and computer skills is the ideal "hacker" Turk, very proud and a long-time Turk. Myself am also proud and strong and like a mix between the skills and qualities of DZ and Reno. This structure of a leadership based on three seems excessively reasonable to me. The issue at hand is where do we go from here. As we grow sub-leadership should be acquired. I've yet to determine the best method of assigning the members of sub-leadership.
